What we collect

When you contact us or request access to our book, we collect the details you enter in the form. When you complete the free Inclusive Readiness Index, we first collect your country, sector or setting, assessment lens, answers, scores, tier, and submission time without asking for your name or email. We use this anonymous record for benchmarking.

If you continue to see your score, we collect your name, organization, and email address and link them to your assessment. We also record whether you chose the separate marketing option, the wording you saw, and the date and time of that choice. We only collect the contact details of the person filling in the form. Do not send us personal or health details about other people.

How we use it

We use your information to provide what you asked for, such as your EIRI result, book access code, or a response to your inquiry. We use anonymous EIRI answers and scores to understand broad readiness patterns and improve the index.

Your requested EIRI result email is a service message, not marketing consent. We only send later insights and updates when you actively choose the separate marketing option. That option is unchecked by default, and your score does not depend on choosing it. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by emailing us.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Where it lives and how long

Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet a legal duty. We keep records of marketing-consent choices for at least three years so we can show when and how the choice was made. We use trusted service providers to deliver email on our behalf. They may only process the information needed to provide that service.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. We follow applicable privacy and electronic-marketing laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, the GDPR for people in the European Union, and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
