The EIRI shows where your organization or community stands today. It is an honest mirror, not a test. Answer 15 short questions across the five conditions of the framework, and the moment you finish you see your score, what you are doing well, and where to focus next. Answer for how things work today, not how you hope they will.
It is free, and your results are yours. When you are ready to prove your standing through independent review, the next step is certification against the framework, matched to your country.

Go from self-assessment to certified

Your organization is assessed against the Empowering Abilities Framework™ through the comprehensive EIRI, matched to your country. You gather the evidence, an independent reviewer audits it, and the organizations and communities that meet the bar earn certification at the level they reach. Preparation and review are kept separate, and our reviewers include disabled assessors, so the result holds up to scrutiny.
Certification is valid for two years before requiring renewal. It maps to your own national framework and to global standards.
